Alexander Tirado, MBA, PA-C
Alexander Tirado, MBA, Physician Associate, is a board-certified physician associate with more than 15 years of clinical experience and certified in medical aesthetics, regenerative medicine, functional medicine, and bioidentical hormone therapy (BHRT). He is also certified in Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) and has advanced certification and expertise in platelet-rich plasma (PRP) procedures for aesthetics, regenerative treatments, and sexual wellness. As an Instructor for the Cellular Medicine Association (CMA) — an organization that discovers, teaches, and leads in the best applications of cell biology to improve health, sex, and beauty — Alexander trains other healthcare providers in world-renowned procedures, including the Vampire Facial®, Vampire Facelift®, O-Shot®, and P-Shot®, PRP for Hair restoration, and many other PRP procedures.
What distinguishes Alexander as an instructor is his integration of ultrasound-guided injection techniques, which provide greater accuracy, safety, and patient outcomes compared to traditional approaches. He emphasizes non-surgical regenerative medicine designed to treat the root causes of pain and tissue degeneration by repairing and restoring function — without the need for surgery, steroids, or unnecessary drugs.
In addition to teaching PRP-based procedures, Alexander brings his extensive background in hormone therapy, peptide protocols, and functional medicine to his
training programs, helping providers expand their practices and offer comprehensive, evidence-based solutions to their patients.
